Today’s Quote: “If you want to pay off your negative karma fast, do service and tithing.” -GMCKS
We hear this term ‘karma’ thrown around a lot in yoga schools, Buddhist centers, New Age bookstores and spiritual youtube channels (by guys like me), but what is karma actually?

(in Hinduism and Buddhism) the sum of a person’s actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate in future existences.

What is actually deciding our fate in future existences?
Our thoughts, words and actions generate karma that is either positive (leads to liberation) or negative (leads to suffering).
Positive thoughts, words and actions generate positive karma that we can use to either neutralize past negative seeds we planted or to ensure greater success in the future.
Negative thoughts, words and actions generate negative karma that we MUST repay in the future through suffering to neutralize.
If you plant corn you get corn, not mangos. If you plant cucumbers, you get cucumbers, not kale. If you plant pot, you get pot and arrested if not done in Colorado.
WHATEVER you want in life, plant it…and we are constantly planting seeds with our thoughts and emotions. Our words and actions are the fruits of those seeds.
To my understanding, the two laws that supersede the Law of Karma are the Law of Mercy and Law of Forgiveness.

This is where SERVICE and TITHING come in. Whether you realize it or not, when you do service and tithing, you are activating the Law of Mercy and Law of Forgiveness.
Think about it…if you help another person who is down and out, you are entitled to be helped when you are down and out. The Law kicks in.
If you spend your time and energy assisting your aging parents, you are entitled to receive help in your old age. The Law kicks in.
If you provide deep spiritual truths to others which alleviates their suffering and brings them guidance, you are entitled to receive insight and guidance in the times you are suffering. The Law kicks in.
Whether you like it or not, whom is giving more to society in the form of service and tithing…the successful CEO  or the homeless man?
Its not a question of their self worth as Souls, its simply whose planting more seeds and generating greater positive karma? BTW, the CEO could be generating huge amounts of negative karma as well through improper business practices. The Law works both ways.
You may have heard of the example of the person freezing his butt off in a log cabin deep in the mountains. He’s so frusturated and angry that its cold…he looks at the fireplace and DEMANDS that it generate heat but refuses to give it any wood. Doesn’t work does it?
Look around you and observe the most successful people you know whether in health, relationships, wealth or spirituality. Are they givers of their time, money, resources, knowledge, affections? I’d say yes.
Now look around and observe the most miserable people you know whether a family member, co-worker, or a stranger on the street. Are they takers, complainers, ungrateful, negative and DEMANDING the world give them ‘heat’ first and then they’ll give the ‘wood.’
Those people will be waiting a very long time for heat.
And Grandmaster Choa said you can pay of negative karma FAST by service and tithing or you can take the very slow path….through suffering.
I have used the Laws of Mercy and Forgiveness to literally transform every area of my life, the lives of my clients and fellow Arhatic Yogis from around the world. This stuff works, I promise you. Actually, this newsletter contains one of the most powerful and simple truths yet most misunderstood and misapplied.
“…It is in the giving, that we receive…” -Saint Francis of Assisi

Today’s Quote: “Generate one good thought a day about a person you don’t like. When you have Love, you see people like children, they cannot help themselves, so you feel more compassion.” -GMCKS
Which challenges you more?
Showing love to your BFF in the whole wide world OR the person who curses your name on a daily basis?
Which develops your spiritual muscles more?
The business partner that you have complete harmony and trust with in all dealings OR the former business partner who emptied the business accounts and fled the country?
Which brings you from ordinary to Sainthood more?
Having a healthy, happy, productive child OR one who suffers from a severe disability that requires constant care and attention 24-hours a day for the next 40 years?
Its easy to love someone, when it is…its easy to say sweet words to someone, when it is…its easy to be generous, when it is…but that is not were your growth, challenges and lessons are to be obtained…
When Grandmaster Choa is saying ‘children’ he means, YOUNG or IMMATURE Souls.
By looking at someone as a child you gain perspective…you realize this person is still ‘growing’ just like a child, maybe not growing in the physical sense but in the emotional, mental and spiritual sense.
Master Co mentioned at the Teacher Training conference that you can determine whether a Soul is OLD or YOUNG by one’s ability to take responsibility for his life.
An OLD, MATURE Soul takes responsibility for his thoughts, emotions, words and actions for himself and others. He has been there and done that and he understands the principle of Oneness and the Law of Karma. He realizes by passing the buck, he is actually hurting himself as well as the others.
A YOUNG, IMMATURE Soul puts the blame on everyone else but himself. He does not take responsibility for his thoughts, emotions or actions. Its the governments’ fault, its his previous relationships’ fault, its his parents’ fault, its his employers’ fault, its God’s fault…this is a disempowered life.
A YOUNG Soul cannot help himself, just as a child cannot help himself by throwing a temper tantrum when he doesn’t get what he wants.
Your homework is to love, bless, teach, heal and be patient with the YOUNG Souls in your life by saying loving, uplifting words of encouragement to this Soul.
Right now, think of a person who PISSES you off…ok…do you have that person in mind?
Now say a few loving words to them in your mind.
Go ahead….
“You’re really a good person, I know you’re going through tough times now.”
“You’re a really snazzy dresser.”
“You are one of the funniest people I know.”
or whatever…keep going, say a few more loving things…
Ok, now you are done with your assignment for the day, how do you feel?
Compassion is the highest form of forgiveness, it comes from the Crown chakra. Actually, there is no word for forgiveness in Buddhism. But this is a conversation for another day…
1. Today at 4:30pm Mountain Time, my body turns 35 years old! Whoo hoo! I have entered a new seven-year-cycle called Venus. Its the time of romance, leisure and enjoyment. The BEST things in my life have happened during my yearly-Venus-cycle…I had my son Gabriel, I learned Pranic Healing, I bought my first investment property, I met Susannah and I got approved for Teacher Training. So I’m expecting some pretty cool things to happen during the next 7 years of Venus!
2. The next Prosperity Meditation & Healing for Business Owners is half way full. If you’re wanting less money problems and more money abundance then RSVP here. Class is on Thursday June 11th 10:00am to 12:00pm.
3. The next Cancer Full Moon Meditation is Wed July 1st 7:00pm to 8:45pm. I’m really looking forward to this meditation and not really sure why 🙂 . RSVP here.
4. I’m SUPER DUPER excited about the Introduction to Meditation class on Thursday June 25th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Considering the WHOLE reason I got involved in Pranic Healing was simply to practice more advanced meditations NOT to heal. I love sharing this world with people. Little did I know, healing others is a HUGE factor that determines how HIGH one can go in meditation. RSVP here.
5. The 7th installment of Master Co’s series, Achieve the Impossible, is ready. In this video he discusses SUCCESS. Amazing. Watch it.
See Ya Sunday!

Today’s Quote: “When relationships are superficial, they tend not to last.”
How would you describe most of your relationships with friends, family members, business associates, even the general public?
Deep, awe-inspiring, fulfilling, enriching, stimulating, sweet, tender….
Draining, boring, confusing, annoying, irritating, hopeless, fearful, anxious….
Looking up the definition of ‘superficial’ from Merriam-Webster I found this:
:  concerned only with the obvious or apparent :  shallow

:  seen on the surface :  external

:  presenting only an appearance without substance or significance

‘Without substance or significance‘, whoa…that’s a tough one to swallow.
This has been a HUGE life lesson for me…probably a big reason why I got into spirituality and esoteric studies to begin with…I couldn’t stand having a conversation about the weather (my dad), gossip about friends (my ex-gfs), college classes (all my classmates)…boring, mundane, non-stimulating, depressing conversations.
I always wanted to talk about fringe topics such as, Mixed Martial Arts…Secret Societies…Art of Seduction…Personal Development Seminars…Perpetual Travel…Ascetic Yogi Practices…Paranormal Occurrences…Lost Ancient Civilizations…Deepest, Darkest Sexual Fantasies…ANYTHING that was outside of the norm of superficial connections and activities.
Susannah noticed when we started dating about my desires to passionate discuss my knowledge and experience of of fringe topics and asked, “Christian…do you talk about these highly sensitive issues with people to get a rise out of them or are you truly looking to connect with them and open their eyes to another way of seeing things?”
WOW…she nailed it.
I had an amazing realization with her question.  I truly did want to connect with people but had NO role models in how to develop deep, intimate relationships with others…so I did what I knew best…ROCK PEOPLE TO THEIR CORE…for my own sense of entertainment.
Thank God I’ve since learned my lesson because while entertaining as it was making people squirm, I realized I was alienating them and causing a them form of mental and verbal injury. And that is not the path I have chosen in this life.
Fast forward to present day, my conversations are much more about meeting people where they are and gradually acclimating them to different ways of looking at the world and asking intelligent, deep, rich questions instead of stirring them up just to stir them up. Now, keep in mind…I still don’t care to talk about the weather or the latest reality TV show…and never will.
So, how do these connections with other people even start then grow?
(Enter energetic cords stage right)
Whenever we have a thought or feeling about another person (or them about us), there is an energetic cord linking the two of you.
The connection has now been made.
The strength and quality and location of the cord depends on many factors:
1. Intention of the connection (money, sex, love, knowledge, spirituality)
2. Cleanliness of the energy bodies of both people
3. The length of time the cord is connected
4. The karmic factor between both people
In essence, a cord can be strengthened and nurtured between two people by working on the connections.
For instance, if you’re sexually attracted to someone and he/she is sexually attracted to you…the more often you have sex, the strong the ‘sex cord’ will become. When you begin having less sex with one another, the cord begins to weaken.
Or, if you’re in a deep, loving relationship with someone the ‘heart cord’ is very strong and pink energy is flowing back and forth between you and there will be lots of harmony with one another. When you withhold love in the form of loving words, loving thoughts, and loving touches, the cord begins to weaken.
Or, if you’re in mentor-ship connection with another person where you share ideas, concepts, and knowledge with one another, there are cords connecting your ‘throat and ajna chakras.’ When the sharing of ideas and knowledge slows down, the cord begins to weaken.
Cords can be healed, repaired, or completely cut. Its a case by case decision.
A WHOLE BOOK could be written about cords and how they work, its a fascinating field of study. Grandmaster discusses cords in detail in the books Miracles Through Pranic Healing and Pranic Psychic Self Defense for Home and Office.
The best way to learn about them in to study under an expert.
So the next time you want to bring a superficial relationship into something more meaningful and deep…ask yourself, “What type of connection do I want with this person?” And if you want to bring a deep yet unhealthy relationship to an end, ask yourself, “What can I do LESS to weaken this connection? BTW, where is that business card for Denver’s #1 Energy Healer?” 🙂
1. Susannah and I are going Steamboat Springs for my bday this weekend! Whoo Hoo…I’ve been wanting to go for 2 years but never put it on the calendar (remember, no deadline, nothing happens). Today’s Quote: “The way to handle life is to be realistic and then to act accordingly.” -GMCKS
How many of you want to make a million dollars a year? Everyone says yes right? If you haven’t made $100,000 in a year first, is that realistic?
How many of you want to lose 25 lbs and compete in a triathlon? For those of you who said yes, have you lost 5 lbs and competed in a 5K first?
How many of you want to find your Soulmate and fall madly in love? For those of you who said yes, have you spent a week without judging, criticizing, or blowing up at current loved ones first?
For those of you who tapped into Master Co’s Wesak Meditation this past full moon, you’ll remember the first step of the Eight-Fold Path is RIGHT VIEWPOINT.
Without right viewpoint i.e, seeing things realistically, our thoughts, emotions and actions will not be aligned with reality…and guess what that leads to?
A CRAPLOAD of suffering!
By seeing things clearly…correctly…realistically…we are able to minimize our suffering tremendously. Grandmaster Choa was definitely masterful at this principle because he was a very successful businessman and he had to see things AS THEY ARE not as he wished them to be, in order to stay competitive in the marketplace.
Think about the creators of 8-Track Decks or Cassette Tapes or VHS Tapes. What happened to the ones who WISHED things would never change? Those who refused to recognize emerging technologies or didn’t innovate, suffered and went out of business.
Here are some examples about looking at life realistically…
We shouldn’t yell and scream at a baby when it pees or poops in its diaper because that’s the nature of a baby.
Be realistic.
We shouldn’t flip over the blackjack table when we lose a couple of hundred dollars playing blackjack because that’s the nature of a casino game.
Be realistic.
We shouldn’t punish a new teenage driver by taking away driving privileges due to parking lot fender bender because that’s the nature of an inexperienced driver.
Be realistic.
We shouldn’t be surprised when a friend who is addicted to drugs, steals money from our sock drawer because that’s the nature of a drug addict.
Be realistic.
We shouldn’t be surprised when a company lays off an entire department without warning because that’s the nature of modern business practices.
Be realistic.
After having a realistic or right viewpoint, we can act accordingly. And man oh man is that refreshing…its not that we can’t or shouldn’t see the best in our friends, family, co-workers or managers…
Of course we bless them with light, love, power, healing, good health, prosperity and we also encourage them with our thoughts and actions that they can become better people but you have to set realistic expectations…
So how do we set realistic expectations?
One simple way is to look at the track record of the person to get a sense of where that set point should be….
And remember, no one is perfect, we all make mistakes, its simply part of evolving. Cut people some slack, it minimizes your suffering and theirs.
I found out GMCKS’ expectations and standards varied greatly from senior teachers to teachers to Arhatic Yogis to Pranic Healers to the general public. Is it realistic to have the same expectations of physical strength of a 5 year old child and a grown male? Nope. Likewise with young souls vs old souls.
1. Through last night’s awesome coaching session with Susannah Campora, I have gotten even greater clarity of my ideal clients that I am here to serve, “Helping leaders who are down and out to get back on top!” Over the next few weeks, you’ll see me talking about it more in messages and branding. Seeing leaders get back on top is something I have witnessed in my own life and those of several key clients. The personal and professional rewards have been immeasurable. To be honest, I LOVE bypassing niceties and slamming the leader with raw, harsh, life-transforming truth. Sugar-coating retards the process.
2. Join us for the first Introduction to Pranic Healing delivered by yours truly. As always, it will be content & value STUFFED ending with a meditation.  Its Thursday June 4th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Studio. I have a friend from Salt Lake City coming in to see me which is pretty sweet. Deets and RSVP here and its already 1/2 full.

Today’s Quote: “Existence is a manifestation of Divine Power.” -GMCKS
Power and Will seem to be a common theme for the last two Newsletters and my recent professional experiences.
As a review, what is a our essential nature as a Soul in a human body? When you take away the body (not us), when you take away the emotions (not us) and when you take away the thoughts (yup, also not us)…what are you essentially left with?
The I AM.
And what are the essential qualities of the I AM? From the teachings of Grandmaster Choa, we are beings of Divine Light, Divine Love and Divine Power.
‘Light’ is intelligence. Have you ever noticed when your mind is still, you get insights, hits or hunches about people, places or things that you never had any direct knowledge of? That’s higher intuition (beyond the mind)…the Divine Light aspect.
‘Love’ is to care for, to provide, to sustain, to preserve, to nurture. Without the Love aspect, we would not survive in any form physically or energetically. When you love a baby, you provide food which preserves its physical body. When you love your partner with sweet, caring words you are nourishing the emotional body. When you educate someone in a craft or profession, you are nurturing the mental body. When you share spiritual teachings with others, you are helping others grow their Souls.
‘Power’ is one’s ability to control energy. Using the Divine Power aspect, the Soul can control our thoughts, emotions and physical bodies. As the business cliche goes, “Nothing happens, until someone sells something.” Likewise, “Nothing happens until the Divine Power controls something.”
A true magician is masterful of the Power aspect…manipulating subtle energies for good work (white magic), bad work (black magic), or sexual alchemy (red magic).
The fact that we have physical bodies, a physical planet, a physical universe is a demonstration of Divine Power. Wouldn’t you agree, that if you had MORE POWER in your life, you can manifest your goals and dreams faster? Maybe even BIGGER ones? Power is required.
So how does one tap into Power? For one, learn Arhatic Yoga and you will be given numerous tools and teachings to increase your inner Power.
But in the meantime, you can gently tap the Ajna Chakra, inbetween the eyebrows, and verbally affirm 3x, “I AM POWER, I AM POWER, I AM POWER.” Which immediately strengthens one’s willpower. DO NOT abuse this technique for selfish gain. The negative karma generated by abusing the technique is not worth the temporary gain as the result of the technique.
Use it to increase your goodWILL and the WILL to do good.
1. Teacher Training with Master Co was/is life and Soul trans-formative. I was taught many techniques to heal faster with more power. Some of you have already experienced it. For those of you looking for healing, I recommend scheduling a Pranic Healing session soon.
2. We sold out again for tomorrow’s Prosperity Meditation & Healing for Business Owners (actually we have a waitinglist) but the next one has officially opened for Thursday May 28th 10:00am to 12:00pm. RSVP here.
3. The second most powerful full moon of the year has been scheduled! The Gemini Full Moon Meditation is on Tuesday June 2nd from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. Invite a friend and lets make it the BIGGEST one to date! RSVP here.
4. In less than 2-hours, I’ll be facilitating the newest Twin Hearts Meditation at Rishi’s Yoga Community on Wadsworth and Yale. Every Wed from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Come join us.

Today’s Quote: “The difference between a person who gets things done and who does not is Willpower. With the inner power, you can do great things. What is possible or not possible is within you.” -GMCKS
An apt quote, considering I’m on my lunch break at the annual Pranic Healing Teacher Training conference in Anaheim. A rather tight lunch break but getting out the newsletter ON TIME is very important.
Imagine what your life would look like if you had an unconquerable, incorruptible Will that simply did not take ‘No’ for an answer, what would you accomplish in your career, relationships, spirituality or in a severe health issue? Probably some pretty amazing things right?
The two chakras (energy centers) that deal with the Will are the solar plexus charka (lower will) and the ajna chakra (higher will). The solar plexus is the will of the masses…meaning in order to get someone to do something, you need to stimulate their emotions to act. On the other hand, the ajna chakra requires NO EMOTION in order to do what is right. You simply give it a command and get the job done.
For the past 6-days, I’ve had the great honor and pleasure of training with the senior-most disciple of Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, the Founder of Pranic Healing & Arhatic Yoga. And I have to admit, its really intimidating realizing the standards that have been set for those committed to spreading Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga and Higher Teachings around the globe.
Master Co definitely works from the ajna chakra!
Leadership comes from the TOP down, and Master Co is quite the carbon copy of our Great Teacher who was (is) a Master of power and Divine Will.
Master Co shared some personal stories of his time with the Teacher and how GMCKS kept pushing and pushing and pushing for his chelas (close disciples) to produce results. Excuses, justifications, rationalizations were NOT tolerated. You have your assignment, now get it done.
This week of training with Master Co has been enlightening physically, etherically, emotionally, mentally and (obviously) spiritually. What would it feel like standing under Niagara Falls for a few seconds?
Pretty overwhelming right?
Try doing it for 6 days!
Again, very humbled and honored but not easy.
But here’s the thing…
By hanging around others who have tremendous willpower and it will gradually transform and increase your willpower. Things you once thought were impossible will seem possible and once that happens, you will them to be possible in your life.
I thought Master Co came out of the womb as super willful and focused…apparently that wasn’t the case. It was through the constant ‘energetic’ hammering and molding of GMCKS, who turned a willing student into a great disciple.
A great spiritual Teacher holds the hammer to pound out ignorance, negative pride and negative tendencies of the student while in the other hand holds, guides and nurtures the process of development.
At the end of this process, the willing student becomes a great disciple who is filled with light, love, POWER and blessings, to carry on the work.
What’s the work?
To spread light to any many as Souls as possible. And that light comes in many many many forms. I am learning some of those forms during these 6-days. But without POWER, without the HIGHER WILL, nothing happens…its just all talk an no walk.
1. Happy POST Wesak Everyone! We had over 40 people, the largest one in Colorado and we got ‘beat’ by the Chicago Wesak Group. Not bad considering we’re only been doing it for 4 years and they’ve been doing it for over 8 years. We will DOUBLE (or more) the numbers of next year. So be it.
2. I arrive back in town very early Thursday. I look forward to healing, teaching and sharing with those ready, willing and able.
3. I have now been approved to teach three different presentations. Intro to Pranic HealingIntro to Super Brain Yoga and Intro to Meditation, with each talk being 2-hours in length. That being said, if you have space and/or people that would be interested in having their lives transformed, let me know and we’ll set it up.
See ya Sunday!

Today’s Quote: ‘Knowing’ alone is not enough. There’s nothing to be proud about that. One must remember the teachings; regularly practice the teachings until they are mastered.” -GMCKS
Again, one of my favorite quotes of all time from my Teacher.
The simplified version of that quote is, “To Know. To Remember. To Practice. To Master.”
Big hat, no cattle…would also represent this expression. Its the person who has all the answers but no demonstrable ability in what he is talking about.
What does that look like in weight loss?
How many of us KNOW how to lose weight?
But do you REMEMBER the step by step method to do it?
If so, are you PRACTICING the method?
If so, have you MASTERED it by keeping the weight off, are healthy and have taught others to do the same?
What about money?
How many of us KNOW how to save more than we spend and invest the difference?
But do you REMEMBER the method of saving and investing the difference?
If so, are you PRACTICING the method?
If so, have you MASTERED it by having savings, a large investment account and taught it to others?
This is a big reason why ONLY prosperous people can teach the class Kriyashakti, the Spiritual Science of Materializing Abundance & Prosperity. Its not only one’s ability to KNOW the material, they must LIVE the material.
Over my years of going to dozens of personal development workshops, I have met my fair share of the person who KNOWS everything and anything about that particular method for money, relationships, health, or spiritual development but that’s as far as it goes.
This person forgot the other three aspects; remember, practice and master.
In my early years in Pranic Healing, I was a prideful lil prick, KNOW-it-all, who read all the books and attended all the workshops, so I must know as much as the senior instructors. The difference was, these senior instructors not only knew the material backwards and forwards but were embodiments of the material.
They talked the talk AND walked the walk. They lived the material.
If I remember correctly, T Harv Eker of the Millionaire Mind said, “The most dangerous words in the English language are, ‘I know that.'”
And it makes sense, look at all the people who KNOW how to lose weight, manage their finances, or forgive someone who has hurt them…but what percentage of those people are physically fit, financially prosperous or in harmonious relationships?
The throat chakra is the chakra of knowledge and higher creativity. When we read a book, attend a workshop or receive some kind of knowledge, our throat chakra becomes very active and energized to absorb and assimilate that knowledge.
Negative pride is mostly lodged in the throat chakra…haven’t you ever noticed when you or another person KNOWS something that another person does, you begin to gloat or feel superior to that person? But knowing and mastering are not in the same ballpark.
People who are very smart tend to have very energized and activated throat chakras. But if that’s their most energized and activated chakra…they’ll KNOW a lot but practice very little. And without practice, there is no mastery.
Mastery is where its at baby. The elusive flow state, where time disappears and deep engagement occurs, only happens in mastery. The world’s best of the best in ANY field of endeavor KNOW, REMEMBER, PRACTICE RELENTLESSLY before eventually MASTERING.
What can you choose today that you can dedicate your life to mastering?
1. The last day to register for the Wesak Festival because I have to give our caterer, Sarah, the final numbers so everyone gets their fair share of nibbles for the event. If you’re going, which I HIGHLY recommend, you can RSVP right here.
For those of you already registered, be prepared to be amazed 🙂
2. Flying out Friday @ 5:45am with a stopover in Phoenix before landing at LAX. Then I’m on the road to my first class, a review of Inner Buddhism Revealed. I’ll be back on May 7th.
3. Attention to all past, present and future clients, I highly recommend booking a healing session with me before June 3rd in order to take advantage of this high octane energy I’ll be receiving from the group Wesak and Teacher Training in Anaheim. Today’s Quote: “The Teachings given to you are permanent. When your physical body dies, what you can take with you is your spiritual development.” -GMCKS

How many times as a child did you ask your parents for that EXTRA SPECIAL Christmas toy and after unwrapping it, the toy was misplaced or broken?

Many right?

How many times as a teenager did you tell your friends about this awesome concert you were going to and after you puked your guts out from alcohol poisoning, temporarily lost your hearing and slept away the entire next day?

Many right?

How many times as adult did you buy a new car only to have it eventually breakdown, a new house that required constant maintenance and upkeep, a year end bonus spent on bills or a loving relationship turned sour?

Many right?

Now what about the lessons you’ve learned in your life?

Patience, tolerance, understanding, perseverance, self love, discernment, gratitude, compassion…and unlike a physical object that depreciates or can be broken, stolen, lost…the lesson you learned is PERMANENTLY yours.

For those of you familiar with GMCKS’ I Am the Soul Affirmation, you will quickly realize that we are not our thoughts, emotions, or body. We are ultimately the Soul and any lessons we learn, we take with us when we leave the physical body.

Spiritual development is exactly that, SPIRITUAL meaning NON-physical. The more effort you put into your physical life and physical development, the less time you have in developing your spiritual life.

As we know from the Teachings, when you reincarnate into a new body, you bring with you all the lessons you learned from previous lifetimes. Have you ever noticed why you have a certain bend or gift with certain things in your life? Most likely, you practiced (even mastered) similar skills in previous incarnations.

When the body dies, it drops the car, the house, the relationships, the concerts tickets, the money, the fame…but it doesn’t drop the lessons and karma learned and generated from those experiences. The Soul reabsorbs the lessons and reapplies them to the next life.

For instance, if you incurred massive financial debt in Denver and then moved to St Paul…would you still owe that debt, even though you’re not living in the same city anymore? Yes, of course.

Likewise…as you live your life you generate positive and negative karma. When your body dies, the Soul reabsorbs all the karma and reapplies it to the next lifetime. Meaning, just because you die it doesn’t mean you are no longer obligated repay the negative karma or enjoy the positive karma.

Every minuscule effort directed towards one’s spiritual growth and development is permanent. They are your ‘jewels’ to take with you. Nothing is ever wasted in one’s spiritual practice…every nanosecond of blessing, reflecting, contemplating, meditating, serving and healing goes with you from lifetime to lifetime.

I recently asked one of the Pranic Healing Masters, “What would you have done differently on the spiritual path?” Without hesitation he said, “I would have meditated more.” What?! Meditated more…and THIS is coming from a Master Pranic Healer! He was trying to illustrate the priceless value and permanency of one’s efforts on the spiritual path…unlike the car, the house, the relationship which come and go.

Now keep in mind, the physical world is VERY important in order to have a healthy body, a safe place to live, and to actually do a spiritual practice. You simply cannot be stuck ONLY with the physical world. There are emotional, mental and spiritual worlds beyond the physical that must be explored and developed.

Atma Namaste Everyone!
Today’s Quote: “Whether or not you have a better life depends on you and your attitude. It is not a matter of who is right or wrong but of doing the right thing. If you seek revenge, you will not have inner peace and freedom.” -GMCKS
I was showing Susannah a documentary called the Faith Connection (on Netflix) which tells the story of the Kumbha Mela, the largest spiritual gathering in the world in one place. It takes place every 12-years. Millions of people attend over a 2-month period. Spiritual seekers, meditators, yogis, sadhus, Gurus and spiritual practitioners of all kinds make a pilgrimage to this spot where the three sacred rivers of India; Ganges River, the Yamuna River and River of Saraswati, converge.
One of the stories in the documentary is one of a great yogi who happened to come upon an abandoned child when he was only a couple months old. This yogi took this baby under his protection and tutelage.
It was brought the attention of authorities that a yogi/sadhu was caring for an orphaned baby. They thought the yogi had stolen the baby. They came to remove the baby from the yogi, thinking the baby was at risk of being under fed, neglected and living in minimal conditions.
Big mistake.
Days before the authorities arrived, the yogi had sent his disciples to gather intelligence to report on the conditions other children living under the care of the state. They found very bad conditions…malnourishment, overcrowding, sexual abuse and rape from the very people in charge of children’s health and safety.
The yogi refused to let the child go who was well fed, healthy and deeply loved…he told the authorities, “you can either leave or I will raise my blade to fight for the unjust treatment of the innocent…I am a yogi and do not fear death.”
The authorities quickly fled and did not return.
The baby is now a 4 year old boy, in which the yogi is preparing him for school. The yogi said, “Even when my body is gone, I will continue to dwell is this boy’s body. I will always be there for him.”
“It is not a matter of who is right or wrong but of doing the right thing.” The authorities thought they were right to take the boy because of state’s protocol but the yogi was doing the right thing. The truth empowered him and he stood his ground.
Having an attitude of righteous indignation for the right thing empowers you, it gives you courage, it gives you comfort, it gives you purpose.
Righteous indignation comes from the solar plexus chakra, the chakra of judgment and severity. It says, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
Seeing people going hungry.
Seeing sexual trafficking of children
Seeing couples physically abusing each other.
Seeing your life being spent at a dead-end job with an abusive boss.
Seeing politicians passing laws that benefit businesses that harm the planet and individuals in the name of profit.
Its STANDING UP and using your voice, energy, time, money and resources to do the RIGHT THING.
For me, I’m standing up for practical spirituality to alleviate the suffering of mankind. I no longer tolerate fluffy, airy fairy, confusing spirituality that falls short in answering our deepest questions and longings. I’m not motivated by money, fear, gossip, fame, followers, or a pat on the head. I’m motivated by DOING THE RIGHT THING.
I noticed something in my years of doing Pranic Healing, the Masters never ask for anything. They don’t require anything from the students. They’re simply looking…looking for those who are ready to be instruments of goodwill and the will to do good. The Masters can’t be bought, tricked or convinced. They heal and teach because its the right thing to do.
Seeking revenge is an excellent way to live a miserable, bitter and short life. People make mistakes all the time, no one is perfect and sometimes you need to just let things go. Other times, you are required to step it up for what is right, what is just and to not tolerate the ‘innocent’ being exploited.
What injustice are you standing up for?
1. After 10+ years of purification, study, service, training (and lots of asking),  I have been accepted into the leadership training program with Master Stephen Co. To my knowledge, out of all the world’s 9 Pranic Healing Masters…he is the most strict with results. Its such an honor. My life and Soul will be stretched in some big ways. When I saw him in NJ 6 weeks ago, I asked him about the application and training process and he said, “You are to produce results. Just as my Teacher trained me to produce results. Period.” Gulp. Being accepted will have me out of town from May 1st to May 6th.
2. Don’t forget to RSVP for the Wesak Festival as soon as possible, so I can have an accurate headcount for the caterer. Thank you.
3. See those of you who signed up for the Prosperity Meditation & Healing for Business Owners. The next class scheduled here.
See you Sunday!

Denver Twin Hearts Meditation Newsletter #52

Atma Namaste Everyone!
Today’s Quote“To recognize the shortcomings or problems of a person is okay but do not focus on them or think about them over and over again. Do not keep criticizing their mistakes mentally. This is excessive! It is human nature to make mistakes. Just let people be.” -GMCKS
When I first started meditating in June of 1999, I was so blown away by my first experience, I told everyone and I mean EVERYONE about it.
If you had a pulse and stood still for more than 2 minutes, I was telling you about the benefits of meditation. Its as though I was a 20 year old college senior in North Carolina signing up in Amway and was ready to recruit friends, family, and complete strangers into his organization…the thing was, I wasn’t making a dime if someone learned meditation or not.
I just HAD to tell the world about it and couldn’t figure out why everyone didn’t meditate.
In the early days, I tried and tried and tried to convince my dad and brothers of the benefits of meditation. “Dad you’ll have more peace, happiness, joy and maybe it’ll help with your depression caused by your service in Vietnam.”
No luck.
“Hey Jason, why don’t you learn meditation to help with your focus or give you clarity as to what you’re suppose to do for a living.”
No luck.
“Hey Garrett, meditation will probably help you with your anger issues, considering everything pisses you off.”
Strike three.
The people closest to me never did learn to meditate for various reasons, excuses, justifications or rationalizations. But you know what?
That’s ok…there weren’t ready (and still aren’t). People require time and space to grow. I thought I had all the answers for them to live a higher quality of life with more consciousness, awareness, inner peace, inner joy, and inner power. But they simply saw me as the baby in the family, trying to teach the elders a thing or two about life.
People want things to be THEIR idea not someone else’s.
I did have many friends whom eventually learned to meditate but I realized the spiritual path is often a lonely one, requiring your own willpower and fortitude to practice. Meditating in group will absolutely accelerates one’s evolution but one should not solely depend on the group.
Month after month and year after year, I continued to let go of my desire to force, con joule, and persuade others into higher states of consciousness.
After learning Pranic Healing and Twin Hearts Meditation in March of 2004, I started blessing, accepting, forgiving, tolerating and understanding friends and family members and simply meeting them where they were at.
I thought by verbally and mentally criticizing people it would eventually inspire them to grow and change. Ha! The fact is, it was having the opposite effect. They’re conditions became worse while also having an extreme aversion to me.
Not my proudest moments for sure, but guess what? Just like others are entitled to make mistakes, so am I and so are you. As GMCKS would say, “We’re all in the process of evolving and evolution implies time, process and mistakes…”
Be kind on yourself and others when learning to become a better Soul, person, parent, lover, sibling, entrepreneur. Just learn your lesson, forgive, dust yourself off and keep going.
By letting people JUST BE, it gave me a great sense of peace, tolerance and detachment.
Whew, I finally realized I didn’t have to save the world because a lot of the world doesn’t want to be saved. Many people prefer to wallow in misery, sadness, despair, hopelessness, resentment, anger, confusion and the like. Eventually, every Soul will come back into the light but that Soul has to be ready, willing and able.
I still share Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga and the Higher Teachings with everyone BUT I am far more discerning of what and how much I share. I do my best to meet people where they are at, to speak their language, and to help them with their current suffering. This way of being has served me and my clients extremely well.
If I mention the work I do and the person doesn’t ask questions or  shows no interest, most likely, I’ll never bring it up again to that person. No one deserves or should be, dragged towards enlightenment.
