Today’s Quote: “What is important is not where you are right now. What is important is where you want to be!” -GMCKS
I remember a time I was receiving a healing from a senior Pranic Healer at the Pranic Healing Center in Lyndhurst, NJ. Master Glenn would refer to this healer as an Angel incarnate because she was such an amazing channel of healing energy.
Even now, after 20 years of service to GMCKS’ work, she is one of thee most committed healers and instructors in the world. She embodies the virtues of an Arhatic Yogi; Intelligent Mind, Loving Heart and Powerful Will. I’ve seen this woman produce miracles.
She is always ready, willing and able to provide healing to all those in need, especially Pranic Healers who were going through very rough times (like me).
In 2009, that seemed to be my regular state of affairs. I reluctantly (so much for gratitude) sat down in the healing chair and she asked me, “Christian, can you imagine what is bothering you…what is making you angry, depressed and sad? Lets bring it to the surface and I’ll help remove it for you.”
I began to delve into the dark recesses of my mind with all the worries, self-doubts and failed attempts throughout my childhood and teenage years. At first it was agonizing then I became lighter and lighter until the darkness was lifted and my heart melted and became filled with a warm glow.
I was at peace….
After the healing, she told me, “Christian, you need to stop thinking about all the mistakes you’ve made throughout your life. Meditating on your past mistakes is simply keeping you stuck. Just let them go and keep moving forward. Focus on where you want to be.”
During the healing, she asked me to think of those mistakes from my past in order to bring the energies to the surface of the chakras which made it easier to extract them.
As Today’s Quote states, “…is not important where you are right now…but where you want to be!”
I was so conditioned to relive my past mistakes and failures, always torturing myself with ‘What If’ scenarios…
what if I never married her?
what if I didn’t move so much?
what if I get involved in that investment?
what if I stayed in that job? Or that job? Or that job? Or that job?
I couldn’t let go of my negative past therefore it couldn’t let go of me.
Focus on what you want to be, do and have and work towards it consistently and persistently until you accomplish it. Period.
Yes, we require learning from our mistakes but after the lesson is learned, begin again more intelligently and keep moving forward.
To reach your Target; whether its a new house, learning how to invest in real estate, becoming a great healer, traveling the world, starting the business of your dreams…requires you to let go of your negative past and become a better person to accomplish it.
Let go of your excuses, rationalizations, negative programs, fears, insecurities and justifications….and get your ass in the game! In my early to mid-20’s, I was obsessed in finding all the reasons as to why I was a failure and why I couldn’t make things happen in my life.
How productive was that? It was a manifestation of self-loathing and seeking pity from others.
Next, focus on where you want to be-do-have and become the person required to reach your Target. I have several Targets in my life that I am very clear about and with the blessings of God, GMCKS and continual effort, I will accomplish them. I am required to grow, stretch and evolve in order to get what I want.
Its ok (in fact, necessary) to invoke for the blessings, help, guidance and protection of God and all the Great Ones to help you achieve your Target(s) in life.
How? It’s really simple.
“God and all the Great Ones, thank you for providing me with help, guidance, protection and inner strength to achieve my Target. Thank you. So be it!.”
Or you can focus on where you are followed by an excuse…
“I don’t have enough money and this is why…”
“I’m can’t find a loving relationship and this is why…”
“I’m not courageous enough and this is why…”
“I’m not the kind of person that speaks in public and this is why…”
“I’ve never made money in business before and this is why…”
“I’m not smart enough and this is why…”
Your Higher Soul and a Great Being got together to ‘discuss’ what lessons, experiences and growth you wanted from this incarnation.
Your Higher Soul is investing in you as an opportunity to evolve into a better person with more skills and abilities to serve others.
Your Higher Soul is observing you, in this VERY moment and asking the question, “Will this be a good investment?” To learn more about your Higher Soul and divine nature read the book, Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul. Its also a class in Pranic Healing and still one of my favorites.
So…
Do you want to use your incarnation wallowing in earlier mistakes?
or
Do you want to justify why you’re stuck in the present?
or
Do you want to focus on where you want to be and start running towards it?
Either way, your Higher Soul is still observing and determining if its investment of Soul energy was had a great, good, or poor ROI.

Today’s Quote: “The person undergoing suffering becomes smarter, stronger and more compassionate. This results in a positive evolutionary effect. It is transformational.” -GMCKS
Think about a time you were suffering in a relationship, a new business start-up, assisting an ailing parent or getting into a new fitness routine because enough is enough…
How are your smarts, strength and compassion DURING the suffering? Probably anything but…more like uncertain, anxious, fearful and filled with self-interest.
Only AFTER you have been through the Fires of Life, can you look around and see the suffering of others and say to yourself…
“Wow, I remember what it was like to start my first business wondering where I was going to find my first clients, if I could make my mortgage payments, if people would even be willing to pay my fees. But I’m so much stronger because of what I’ve gone through.”
“Geez, I remember what it was like being in a dis-empowering relationship and how I afraid I was to leave because I didn’t think anyone else could love me. Now, I have self respect, good self esteem and allow only the best people into my life.”
“Holy moly, I never thought I’d pass the bar exam because of such a high failure rate and the intense competition after graduation. Now I’m so much smarter in knowing how they test AND the difference between how the real-world works.”
You are now transformed into a bigger, better, smarter person than the actual problem you once faced.
Life is a series of challenges, adversities and disappointments one after another in relationships, finances, health and ‘surprises’ of deaths, bankruptcies, divorces, lay-offs…
But only by LIVING life and TRANSFORMING as a person, will you become stronger, smarter and more compassionate towards yourself and all people. Life is not to be lived in a vacuum or sterile environment. Get out there and mix it up!
Next time you’re experiencing one of life’s challenges say to yourself, “Sweet, here’s another opportunity to transform into a better person!”
I didn’t have compassion and understanding for
…a parents’ stress until I became one.
…those going through a bitter divorce until I had one.
…business partners fighting for power until I became one.
…homeless teens until I became one.
Because I have experienced these adversities of life, it has made me far less judgmental, critical or cynical. I have more smarts, strength and compassion towards all people because I suffered through it myself.
And because I have a deeper understanding of others’ suffering, I can also communicate from a place of awareness rather than buying into the seduction of their programs, weaknesses and lack of awareness.
The really cool thing is once you tap into the deeper awareness of the Principle of Oneness, you begin to realize that your suffering is another’s suffering, their suffering is your suffering, your happiness is their happiness, their happiness is your happiness, even if you have never experienced the situation firsthand…that’s some high level stuff.
I once heard, “Sympathy is jumping in another’s boat which is sinking. Empathy is helping them into your boat.”
As you transform yourself…you transform others…and the world.
I love each and everyone of you….live an exciting life!

Today’s Quote: “To surrender spiritually implies you have no resistance. It is not giving up one’s thinking faculty or one’s willpower or it does not mean to resist mindlessly. It simply means to give up your inner resistance. This is a manifestation of intelligence.” -GMCKS
Great couple of snow days huh!
Before sitting down to write tonight’s newsletter, I was talking a beautiful bath (and yes, I was using bubbles) which is part of my daily ritual for cleansing and disconnecting after the days’ healing sessions.
I was thinking about Today’s Quote while laying in the water, and I began ‘letting go’ and ‘giving up my resistance’ of holding onto the heavy, diseased and congested energies.
While doing this…I experienced this overwhelming sense of gratitude…I was so grateful for feeling the warm water slide over my body, the pips and pops of the soap suds, the safety of a good place in a great neighborhood and even the TIME to do this activity.
Resistance has its place but not when it comes to connecting with God.
You can resist against someone trying to control you.
You can resist an intruder coming into your home.
You can resist a sexual aggressor.
You can even resist your lower tendencies to give up on an important goal….
But resisting God is resisting your divine nature.
There is a term in the Hindu tradition called Sharanagati, which has been defined as ‘to surrender’ but a more accurate definition is ‘to ‘be conductive.’
By surrendering to others, one’s Ajna Chakra (or higher will) becomes smaller. This is seen throughout cult leaders and their followers…the Ajna Chakra of the leader is much larger and developed than the Ajna Chakras of his followers. Surrendering one’s will and thinking faculties to another, can be very dangerous to one’s spiritual and personal development.
But by being conductive, you become a channel of divine light, love and power to pass through you.
A rubber hose is not conductive to an electrical impulse passing through it yet a golden wire is far more conductive to the electrical impulse.
Most people are like the rubber hose to God. They are not allowing the divine blessings of light, love, power, healing, abundance, happiness, oneness, gratitude, courage, confidence, and humility to pass through them.
How does one go from a rubber hose to a golden wire?
Purification. Purification. Purification.
As one begins to purify his thoughts, speech, emotions and physical body, he becomes more conductive to the divine energies all around him.
I would recommend looking into Arhatic Yoga where you will learn many tools, technologies and practices to not only purify your incarnated Soul (the physical, etheric, emotional, and mental bodies) but to energize your entire being with these divine energies.
After 10+ years of practicing Arhatic Yoga, I am still in awe of the elegance yet power of this yogic system.
A true spiritual teacher or Guru (dispeller of darkness) never asks the student to surrender his mental faculties of reason, discernment or critical analysis. The Guru encourages the student to ask questions, to experiment and draw one’s own conclusion.
The Guru only shows the path and its the student’s job to tread that path of spiritual righteousness.
The word Guru has been misunderstood, misinterpreted, watered-down or vilified by the western world. When people hear Guru, the words ‘charlatan, con-artist, or trickster’ come to mind. That a Guru takes advantage of unwitting followers to sell their homes, cars, money even bodies to give to the Guru.
This is not a true Guru…true Gurus or Great Spiritual Teachers are very rare and hard to find. Gurus are not perfect, they are also in the process of evolving. They are simply further down the path than the student and are helping him to navigate the path of spiritual righteousness.
Wearing spiritual attire, espousing spiritual sounding phrases and chanting mantras does not make one a Guru.
As I understand it through Grandmaster Choa, pride is the last of the weaknesses to go. Even the Holy Masters can fall due to pride…how much more for us?
Pride is what keeps us as a rubber hose rather than as a super conductive golden wire.
Humility. Discernment. Humility. Discernment. Humility. Discernment.

1. Through much nugging (my arm still hurts) of Susannah and a few other clients, I have put all past Denver Twin Hearts Meditation Newsletters on my website. I guess it’ll give some great Google-juice and spread Pranic Healing faster to more people whom are outside of Denver.
2. Cool testimonial…a client was having her birthday recently and I offered to help bless her birthday wish. I walked her through the process of creating the wish, we blessed it and set it free. A few days later, she txted letting me know it had come true…an over $400,000 wishhad come true! Now keep in mind, its not common and there are many many factors that determine whether a wish comes true…some factors we can control, some we can’t. I love being a little catalyst for my clients in getting what they want.

Today’s Quote: “Be realistic! Everybody makes mistakes. Forgive and forget and continue living. By giving a person love you help them grow.” -GMCKS
This quote seems to be coming at an opportune time for clients and subscribers alike, considering lots of people are pissed off lately and looking for blood!
The first part of the quote is ‘Be realistic!…’ which I think helps us by having right viewpoint which leads to right thoughts then right emotions then right actions then right livelihood and so forth.
By having the right viewpoint of being realistic and that everybody makes mistakes, it eases your suffering. Unrealistic expectations leads to suffering.
For instance, lets say you were traveling from DTC to Thornton at 5:30pm during rush hour and needed to arrive by 5:50pm.
Now are those realistic expectations? Nope. Are those unrealistic expectations going to lead to suffering? Yup.
People will not being driving as fast as you want. This person won’t let you in the lane. Another person blows a flat tire in the middle lane and backs up traffic for miles….you’d be lucky to arrive in Thornton by 7:00pm.
So who ultimately made the mistake? You did!
You were not being realistic…and that’s ok. Everyone makes mistakes. No one is perfect. You didn’t make the mistake on purpose. At the time of making the decision, you had perfectly good reasons for doing what you did.
And guess what? So doesn’t everybody else on the planet.
The person(s) who did you wrong had perfectly good reasons as to why they did what they did….it reminds me of the quote by Gene Fowler, “Men are not against you, they are merely for themselves.”
‘..forgive and forget and continue living…’ Wouldn’t you agree the most valuable asset we have is not our money or our possessions but is our time? What’s the point of holding onto bitterness, resentment and anger from the person(s) who wronged us? That eats away at our enjoyment and quality of life…our very essence.
Here’s a little realization I had awhile back…the person(s) I was still mad at YEARS after they wronged me had completely and utterly forgotten about the incident. Most likely, this person was completely unconscious what he was doing when he did it.
Grandmaster Choa says there are 7 levels of forgiveness:
1. Forgive next lifetime (guess who you’ll be meeting up with?)
2. Forgive on deathbed
3. Forgive after many decades
4. Forgive after several years
5. Forgive after several months
6. Forgive after several weeks
7. Forgive after several minutes (this is where the Saints are…this is our goal)
Forgiving is extremely therapeutic. If one is receiving healing from me or another practitioner and wants faster, more permanent results…forgive forgive forgive!
Lastly, ‘…by giving a person love you help them grow.’ The energy of love or pink prana, is extremely healing, nourishing and nurturing. What would your life look like now if as a child you were SHOWERED with love?
Probably pretty freakin’ awesome right? Emotionally balanced, mentally alert, fluid, things just roll off your back and you’d have a huge reservoir of love to give others, even complete strangers.
But most of us didn’t receive those energies growing up because the people around us either didn’t know how or didn’t want to give us love.
See how the cycle continues?
Then we withhold love because we feel jipped, taken advantage of and close ourselves to giving AND receiving love.
Look, I love you so I feel I can be straight with you…LOVE NO MATTER WHAT!!
The heart chakra is the center of sweetness, tenderness, patience, and UNconditional love. And by giving love unconditionally you will receive love back ten-fold, a hundred-fold. The more you give, the more you receive.
Look at the people around you who are the most magnetic, attractive, inspiring, and enthusiastic…are they withholding or giving?
Love the other person because you realize he/she is a divine child of God that took on a physical form to learn lessons and workout his/her own karma. Help him with that evolution by blessing him with love, tenderness and sweetness.
Obviously, if this person(s) is a physical threat….you remove them from your physical presence and afterwards bless them with love and forgive them. Its simply the right thing do, wouldn’t you want someone blessings and loving you after you made a stupid mistake?
Think about it, do it and draw your own conclusion.
Much Love….
